ASCO-GEL
Gel containing fir oil and plant extracts as drug substances. It has a wide spectrum of fungicidal action and ensures reliable protection of honey bee colonies from fungal diseases, i.e. bees’ ascospherosis and aspergillosis.
Apply ASKO-GEL in spring and autumn. On the upper surface of the sealed bag, make 7–10 holes (3 mm in diameter) in a checkerboard pattern until gel drops appear, and place the bag at the bottom of the hive at the rate of 50 g (1 bag) per 10–12 nest frames. For small colonies (up to 6 frames), offshoots, and nuclei, 25 g of gel is enough. Carry out the treatment 2–3 times as the gel is removed by the bees (during the hive cleaning) after 5–7 days.
Open the package only before treating the bees. Use the honey collected from treated colonies for food without restrictions.
ASKO-GEL is produced packaged, 50 g packs into hermetically sealed bags made of metallized film. Each consumer package contains a patient information leaflet
Store ASKO-GEL in the original unopened container, in a place protected from direct sunlight, separately from food and feed, at a temperature of 0 °C to +25 °C.
Keep out of reach of children. Use the drug immediately after opening the package.
The shelf life of ASKO-GEL, subject to compliance with storage conditions in the original unopened container, is 3 years from the date of manufacture. Do not use the product after the expiration date.
