COMPOSITION AND FORM OF RELEASE
Solution for external use.
Binacar as active ingredients contains Cypermethrin 3 mg, imidacloprid 80 mg, propolis extract 5 mg, and excipients.
The drug is manufactured in a form of a transparent, oily yellow liquid.
PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Insecticidal agent

Cypermethrin, included into the composition, belongs to the group of synthetic pyrethroids, which disrupt the permeability of cell membranes, blocking the transmission of nerve impulses, resulting in impaired coordination, paralysis, and rapid death of ectoparasites. Imidacloprid is a neonicotinoid which blocks the work of protein receptors of the insect nerve cells, resulting in inability to conduct nerve impulses, and further to paralysis and death. Imidacloprid affects the choline structures of the insect nervous system.

After the treatment of the poultry house and its equipment, the drug distributes evenly over the surfaces and provides prolonged contact insectoacaricidal and repellent effects. Binacar, according to the degree of exposure to the organism, refers to moderately dangerous substances. At the recommended dose, it does not have a resorptive-toxic, cumulative, sensitizing and locally irritating effect on the skin. In case of contact with the eyes, it causes mild irritation.
DOSES AND METHOD OF APPLICATION
Deacarize and disinsect poultry houses against chicken mites, Menoponidae, lice, fleas, and bed bugs in the absence of poultry by spraying the 0.05% Binakar emulsion at the rate of 50 – 100 ml/m2 of the treated surface. Spray walls, ceilings, support poles, manure trenches, and the floor under the battery cages; then ventilate the room.

Carry out the treatment twice, at a temperature not exceeding 20°C with an interval of 10 – 14 days, and at a temperature above 20°C with an interval of 7 – 8 days.

Prepare the volume of the working emulsion required to treat the poultry house immediately before application, at the rate of 0.5 ml of the drug per 1 liter of water, which corresponds to the following quantities: for Binakar in 1 liter vials and canisters – 50 ml of the drug per 100 liters of water.

Before treating the room, remove the remains of food and water and collect eggs.

The poultry may enter the room not earlier than 4 hours after the start of ventilation.

Sweep the dead ectoparasites away and dispose them, wash the feeders and drinkers thoroughly, and then let the poultry in.

  Dispose the unused emulsion residues.

The protective effect of the drug against blood-sucking insects and mites persists for at least 28 days after a single use.
Hens may be slaughtered not earlier than 10 days after the treatment of poultry houses.
Side effects and complications in poultry when using the drug in accordance with this instruction are not observed. With increased individual sensitivity of the poultry to the active substances of the drug and the appearance of side effects and complications, the use of the drug is discontinued.

If the recommended dose for the treatment of the poultry house is exceeded, the following are possible after entering the room: deterioration of appetite, complete refusal of food, difficulty breathing, trembling, weakness, loss of orientation in space.

It is necessary to take measures - to exclude the contact of the poultry with the drug, to apply enterosorbent through the beak, to give a plenty of clean water or a weak solution of baking soda (1/2 teaspoon per 3 liters of water).

The symptoms of poisoning completely disappear within 2 days.
