WIRE TENSION DEVICE
A practical and convenient machine is necessary in every apiary for pulling wire in wooden frames.
The principle of operation:
A pre-assembled frame with holes in the side bars for the wire is securely fixed in the machine. A coil with a wire is installed in a special holder. One side bar of the frame bends slightly, tighten the screws for the final tension of the wire. The wire used is threaded through all the holes in the frame and is wound up by the corresponding rollers of the machine during turns, which allows you to stretch the wire through all the holes of the frame without tangling and overlapping. After the wire is threaded through all the holes, its end is fixed and the tension begins by alternately removing it from the corresponding rollers of the machine. Having finished stretching all the strands of wire, its second end is attached to the frame, biting it off from the coil with wire cutters. Next, a special screw is released, while the side of the frame is leveled and the final tension of the wire occurs, after which the frame is removed from the machine.
