Furnace for Rectangular Wax melter

Product Description:

The furnace is designed for heating a rectangular steam wax melter for re-heating wax raw materials.

The furnace is a rectangular container made of black steel, painted with heat-resistant paint, in which a furnace, a container for burned fuel waste and a stainless steel chimney are installed.

The order of work:

• Before starting work, install the oven on an even place protected by a refractory material.

• Install the pipe.

• Install a wax burner on top of the oven.

• Load fuel into the furnace and ignite.

• During the heating, monitor the intensity of the fire.

• After finishing the work, put out the fire, remove the wax stove.

• Clean the furnace inside from the remnants of burnt fuel.
