NOSE-GEL
For the prevention of nosematosis in honey bee colonies
Gel containing propolis extract and plant extracts as drug substances. It has an antibacterial effect and is active against pathogens of protozoal infections, including the bees’ nosematosis.
Apply NOSE-GEL for preventive purposes in spring and in summer. On the upper surface of the sealed bag, make 7–10 holes (3 mm in diameter) in a checkerboard pattern until gel drops appear, and place the bag at the bottom of the hive at the rate of 50 g (1 bag) per 10–12 nest frames. Carry out the preventive treatment once. When the first signs of the disease appear, carry out treatments 2–3 times with an interval of 5–7 days (as bees remove the gel).
Open the package before treating the bees. Use the honey collected from treated colonies for food without restrictions.
NOSE-GEL is produced packaged into hermetically sealed bags of 50 g made of metallized film. Each consumer package contains a patient information leaflet.
Store in the original unopened container, in a place protected from direct sunlight, separately from food and feed, at a temperature of 0 to +25 °C.
Keep out of reach of children. Use the drug immediately after opening the package.
The shelf life of the NOSE-GEL, subject to compliance with storage conditions in the original unopened container, is 3 years from the date of manufacture. Do not use the product after the expiration date.
